Need to cancel? Just reach out within 24 hours before we start production, and we'll take care of it. Once we start making your item, cancellations are no longer available—reach out early if you need to cancel.

Custom, engraved, customized in gold and platinum selections and made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once manufacturing commences, as these items are crafted exclusively for your specifications and production typically initiates promptly following order placement.
